Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Data should be retained only as long as needed for pilot operation, customer instructions, security, auditability, dispute handling, legal obligations, backups, and platform integrity.

Deletion may be delayed or limited where records must be retained for security, legal, dispute, backup, audit, fraud-prevention, or operational integrity reasons.

Backups require a documented eventual-deletion cycle rather than immediate removal from every backup copy.
